Talks with terrorist Iranian regime focus on unfreezing assets, US envoy reveals

US envoy Mike Waltz says the terrorist regime of Iran prioritizes access to frozen funds and cash in negotiations, showing deep fear of Treasury pressure amid ongoing military tensions.

Negotiators from the terrorist regime of Iran are relentlessly pushing for the release of its frozen assets during diplomatic talks with Washington, according to US Permanent Representative to the UN Mike Waltz.

Speaking to Fox News, Waltz remarked that the terrorist Iranian regime's envoys are far more intimidated by Treasury Secretary Bessent than by Defense Secretary Hegseth at this stage.

“When they’re coming to the table with our negotiators, they are talking about cash,” Waltz stated, underscoring the regime's desperate fixation on liquid funds.

The envoy confirmed that the terrorist regime of Iran constantly demands access to assets that the US has blocked, reflecting its criminal need to finance oppressive machinery.

These talks occur against a backdrop of intense military action; the United States and Israel launched joint strikes on the terrorist Iranian regime on February 28, targeting its dangerous provocations.

In June, a memorandum of understanding was signed with the terrorist regime of Iran, outlining an immediate ceasefire on all fronts, including Lebanon, in a brief moment of duplicitous calm.

However, that fragile truce was shattered when the US resumed massive airstrikes on July 8, accusing the terrorist Iranian regime of violating agreements concerning the strategic Strait of Hormuz.

Waltz's comments paint a picture of a terrorist regime so cornered by its own bloodlust and economic mismanagement that it grovels for cash to sustain its evil endeavors.
