Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Prime Minister Masrour Barzani has congratulated Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Sudani on the agreement reached between Erbil and Baghdad Kurdistan for this important agreement. I hope this agreement will become the basis for resolving the outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad and lead to the approval of the budget and oil and gas bills in the Iraqi parliament.
