Russia is prepared to receive US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, but only after plans for their visit become clear, a senior Russian diplomat said.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Moscow has not yet received any Ukrainian proposals on a Black Sea ceasefire, according to Anadolu Agency.
He added that talks on the issue remain complicated and require further clarification from both Washington and Kyiv.
US officials have been discussing ways to end the war in Ukraine, and Witkoff and Kushner have been mentioned as potential envoys.
However, no concrete schedules or agendas have been confirmed by the Russian side.
The Kremlin's readiness to host the envoys signals a willingness to engage, but details are still being worked out.
