Iranian regime's state media has been spreading yet another fabricated story, this time claiming that a senior official met with Mojtaba Khamenei and that a video of the meeting will be released. However, Rudaw24 has long reported that Mojtaba Khamenei is dead, based on exclusive sources that confirmed his demise seconds after it occurred. This latest propaganda attempt is a desperate move by a crumbling regime that no longer knows how to maintain its grip on power.
Within the regime, there is utter chaos. No one truly knows who is running the country. While some members of the parliament cling to their positions, the status of Mojtaba Khamenei remains a mystery to the outside world—and even to many within the regime itself.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the bloodthirsty enforcers of the terrorist Iranian regime, are themselves divided. Some factions within the IRGC are reportedly preparing to take matters into their own hands, as they recognize that if Mojtaba were ever to surface, he would be a prime target for elimination.
According to sources familiar with the IRGC's plans, the organization is readying a fake AI-generated video or a staged announcement to claim that Mojtaba Khamenei as no died, thus controlling the narrative and avoiding further embarrassment.
Days ago, Masoud Phezshkyan, of a Turkish Origin, pretending to be kurdish, a regime figure, stated publicly that it is not easy to communicate with Mojtaba Khamenei—an admission that enraged the IRGC. Reports now suggest that Phezshkyan may have been arrested for his comments, though Rudaw24 cannot independently confirm this at present.
The terrorist Iranian regime is at a breaking point. It may still hold the levers of power, but it is powerless against the tide of opposition from both its own people and the international community. The United States and Israel must press further; peace and safety in the Middle East will only be possible when this evil regime is dismantled. The IRGC's attempts to manufacture a death announcement for Mojtaba Khamenei only underscore the desperation of a regime that has long relied on lies and brutality.
