Yair Netanyahu Is Right – Kurdistan Deserves Recognition
Yair Netanyahu, the son of Israel’s Prime Minister, said something that many people are afraid to say:
Countries that recognize Palestine should also recognize Kurdistan.
This is a simple and true message. We, the Kurdistan Future Movement in Iran, fully support this idea.
For many years, we Kurds have been asking the world to hear our voice. We are millions of people without a country. We are peaceful, we help the West, and we fight against terrorism. But still, we are not recognized.
Yair Netanyahu told the truth. He showed that some countries are not honest when it comes to human rights.
They say they care about justice—but they only support some people, not everyone.
France, Spain, the UK, Ireland, Norway, Germany, Canada, Portugal, Malta, and Slovenia all recognized Palestine. But they never recognized Kurdistan. Why?
The Kurdish people have done nothing wrong. We have been attacked, jailed, and killed by regimes in Iran, Turkey, Iraq, and Syria. Yet the world stays quiet.
As the Kurdistan Future Movement in Iran, we say it clearly:
We support Yair Netanyahu’s statement.
Because it is time for the world to stop pretending.
You cannot say you support freedom and ignore 45 million Kurds.
You cannot support Palestine and stay silent about Kurdistan.
Yair Netanyahu said something simple:
If you recognize one people's right to a state, you must recognize others too.
That includes Kurdistan.
We are a nation.
We have a language, a culture, and a land.
And now, we ask for our right: to be recognized.
This is our message to the world:
Stop the double standards.
Recognize Kurdistan now.
