Yesterday, Sunday, an explosion occurred in the "Street Bar" cafe located in Building No. 25 on Universitskaya Naberezhnaya Street in the city center, killing a person who turned out to be the military correspondent Vladlin Tatarsky.
Sources told "Novosti" agency that the explosive device was most likely brought by a visitor to the café, and it is suspected that it was a gift in the form of a statuette, and it is likely that the bomb was inside it.
