At least nine people were killed and 11 injured in a gas leakage accident that occurred at a factory in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.
And the Indian "NDTV" channel stated in its English-language bulletin that doctors, ambulances and a fire brigade were sent to the accident site, noting that a security cordon had been imposed around the area.
The Indian channel indicated that the causes of the gas leak were not yet clear, adding that people were being evacuated from the accident area as a precautionary measure.
