More than 100 flights have been canceled in Japan due to heavy snowfall

In a related context, the East Japan Railway Company announced that it is planned to suspend its services on the "Yamagata Shinkansen" high-speed train line between the "Fukushima" and "Shinju" stations, as of Friday evening.
